Terms of Use

These terms govern use of Callaway County Court Docket. By browsing the service, using a search feature, or viewing its material, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

NO FCRA USE. Callaway County Court Docket is privately operated and is not affiliated with a local, state, or federal government agency or court. Neither this service nor an advertising partner provides a service for credit checks, employment screening, insurance underwriting, tenant evaluation, or another purpose regulated by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). It is a reference resource for court-docket and case-record access in Callaway County, Missouri. It is not a private investigation firm or consumer reporting agency.

1. What This Website Is

Callaway County Court Docket is a private reference service, not a government office and not a court. It does not store official court dockets or court records. It cannot retrieve a docket for a user, change a court date, or file a document for anyone.

The service identifies official record routes. The Callaway County Circuit Clerk is the local court-record custodian for the Missouri Circuit Court, 13th Judicial Circuit, and Missouri Case.net is the statewide public case-search system. Those official channels, not this service, control court docket information.

2. Informational Use Only

Material here is general information about Callaway County court-docket and case-record access. It is not an official docket, court order, or substitute for advice from an attorney. Verify information that matters with the Callaway County Circuit Clerk or the Missouri Circuit Court, 13th Judicial Circuit, that maintains the case.

Missouri Court Operating Rule 4 defines the court record and sets the state framework for docket sheets, filed documents, public access equipment, and confidential records. It applies to the official court record, not to a summary on this private service.

3. Rules for Using This Site

By using this service, you agree not to:

  • Violate federal, Missouri, or local law while using the service
  • Use material from the service to stalk, harass, or threaten another person
  • Use material from the service for employment, housing, lending, or insurance decisions
  • Attempt to enter systems or obtain access that is not authorized
  • Use bots, scrapers, or other automated tools against the service
  • Interfere with operation of the service or another visitor’s use of it

4. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

Callaway County Court Docket is not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA. It does not prepare background checks, credit reports, or consumer reports. Neither the service nor its advertising partners provides a product for applicant screening, rental review, insurance-rate setting, or creditworthiness decisions. You agree not to use information from this service or a linked tool to:

  • Make a decision to hire, retain, or dismiss a person
  • Evaluate a renter, resident, or housing applicant
  • Set credit terms, insurance premiums, or related eligibility
  • Decide eligibility for licenses, permits, or government benefits
  • Carry out another purpose regulated by the FCRA

If information is needed for an FCRA-regulated purpose, use a provider that lawfully offers that service for the intended use.

5. No Legal Advice

Nothing on this service is legal advice. It may describe how a Callaway County court docket works, but it cannot advise how a case, charge, order, deadline, or filing applies to a particular person. Consult a licensed Missouri attorney for advice about a specific legal matter.

6. Accuracy Is Not Guaranteed

This service is offered “as is.” It does not guarantee that information is accurate, complete, or current; that the service will always be available; that pages are free from errors, bugs, or security problems; or that results from an outside search tool are complete or accurate.

Court dockets change as cases are filed, settings move, orders enter, matters are dismissed, and records receive security restrictions. This service cannot be treated as an official statement by a court or clerk. Verify a docket entry or hearing date directly with the court that maintains the case. Missouri Court Operating Rule 20 is part of the judiciary’s public-access and communications framework.

7. Third-Party Services and Links

The service links to clerk offices, trial-court portals, statewide search systems, legal-aid resources, and outside search providers. A selected link leads to a service outside our control. We are not responsible for the destination’s content, data practices, charges, availability, or terms. Review those terms before using the outside service.

Official copy fees and response duties are determined by the appropriate custodian and applicable law, not by this service. For example, RSMo §610.026 addresses public-record copy costs and allowable research time under Missouri law.

8. Intellectual Property

The text, graphics, logos, and code on Callaway County Court Docket belong to the service or its content partners. No person may copy, distribute, modify, or create a derivative work from that material without prior written permission.

9. Limits on Our Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Callaway County Court Docket is not liable for damages arising from use of this service, including a decision made from information found here or through a linked service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from a claim, action, or demand arising from your use of this service or a breach of these terms. This obligation includes reasonable legal fees and related costs.

11. Governing Law

Missouri law governs these terms. A dispute connected to use of this service must be filed in a court located in Missouri. The Missouri Sunshine Law, including RSMo §610.011 and RSMo §610.023, addresses governmental records and custodian response duties; it does not make this private service a government records office.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms at any time. Revised terms take effect when posted on this page.
